Terms and conditions

1. Scope

These terms govern services provided by Pilot The Ecosystem, Sadhin Hossen, Natore 6430, Rajshahi, Bangladesh ("the provider"). The services are those described on this website: cold email outreach and infrastructure, lead generation and list building, data operations, custom software development, client-configured CRM deployments, and AI automation. The concrete scope of each engagement is agreed in writing per engagement; descriptions on this website are informational and do not constitute a binding offer.

2. Engagement models and quotes

Work is provided under one of two models:

  • Hourly — for ongoing campaign management, reply handling and iterative work. Time is tracked and reported.
  • Fixed price — for scoped builds, following a written specification.

No prices are published. Quotes become binding only after the written specification has been signed off by both parties. Changes to a signed-off specification are agreed and priced separately before they are built.

3. Client cooperation

Delivery depends on the client providing, in reasonable time: access to the systems and accounts the engagement requires, the data to be processed (lists, exports, transcripts), and approvals at the agreed gates — in particular the sign-off of specifications and the approval of versioned lead lists before contact begins. Delays in cooperation extend delivery timelines accordingly.

4. Intellectual property

  • On full payment, the client owns the delivered custom-built systems, including their source code.
  • The underlying CRM platform itself remains the property of Pilot The Ecosystem. CRM clients own their configuration and their data, and can export their data at any time.
  • Pre-existing tools, libraries and know-how of the provider remain the provider's property; the client receives the rights of use necessary to operate the delivered system.

5. Payment terms

[invoice terms — e.g. 50% upfront on fixed-price work, net 14]. Invoices are issued electronically. Where work runs through Upwork, Upwork's payment terms apply instead.

6. Liability

[standard limitation clause — lawyer to confirm]. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

7. Data protection

Personal data handed over for an engagement (for example, lead lists) is processed only for that engagement, as instructed by the client. See the privacy policy for processing related to this website.
