AI automation

A campaign that works produces a full inbox, and a full inbox quietly becomes the bottleneck: genuine interest buried between auto-replies, opt-outs that must be honoured immediately, and follow-ups that slip.

Most of that handling can be automated — reliably, and without another subscription.

[01]scope

What this includes

  • n8n, Make and custom-coded workflow automation
  • Gmail-API/MCP inbox triage at scale
  • AI classification and translation pipelines for reply handling
  • Custom internal tools that replace SaaS subscriptions
[02]method

Method

Reply triage, as a worked example: every incoming reply is scanned and classified — interested, not interested, auto-reply, GDPR opt-out. Opt-outs go to the suppression list immediately. Auto-replies schedule a resume date. Genuine interest lands in a reporting dashboard with action notes, so a person only reads the messages a person needs to read.

09:41 interested prospect@*****.de → handoff
09:37 out of office auto-reply → resume in 6 days
09:22 opt-out (GDPR) suppressed → blocklist

Book a call and name the task that eats the most hours — the first step is checking whether it can be automated reliably.
